good communication skills if they are to be competitive.
This presentation will present ideas and techniques you
don't see in the self-help typical job campaigning resources
including tough questions you need to ask in an interview,
items you should put in your negotiation, formatting a simple
to write and easy-to-read resume.

Speaker Information
Dr.
Ann Coil is a career consultant and author of three books on career
development. She has 20 years experience coaching thousands of individuals
to choose new careers, conduct effective job searches, manage and
advance the career they have, and develop long term career plans.
She
has been featured in the cover story of The Orange County Metro's
issue on Women in Business and has been quoted in Forbes, The Los
Angeles Times, The Orange County Register, Savvy, Working Woman,
Self, and Shape Magazines. She received the 1994 Orange County Boy
Scout's Learning for Life Women of Excellence Award for Business.
She is a featured conference speaker and regularly addresses business
and professional groups.
Dr.
Coil's most recent book is Performance Reviews, Empowered Careers,
published by Impact Publications. She is also the co-author of two
books on career management published by Time for Life and Day-Timer
